Breuk was born from a shared conviction: that corporate law in Colombia could be more agile, clearer, and closer to the world of business.
Wanda came from Acción Fiduciaria — traditional financial law, rigorous, with high standards. Andrés worked in technology, thinking about systems, risk, and how things fail. Two profiles that rarely come together in a law firm.
In 2024 we co-founded Docfasty — a SaaS platform for contract automation. Not because it was the plan, but because we saw a real problem and wanted to solve it with technology. We learned what it means to build a legal product from scratch: the development cycle, experience design, the satisfaction of what works. That DNA stays with us at Breuk.
Today Breuk is the firm we wished we could find when we were clients — agile, professional, and reliable.
